Notes - Ultra rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Lee between 1984-86. The youngster made his first team debut in 83-84 but really established himself as a regular in 84-85 impressing with 10 goals in 39 appearances as Charlton battled in the bottom half of the Second Division. This classic pinstripe Osca design was kept on for 85-86 before Adidas took over as the club's manufacturer in the summer of '86 and it was the first kit to feature The Woolwich sponsor which remained on their shirts up until '92. Lee was on hand with 8 goals in 35 games in this campaign to help The Addicks win promotion to the top flight for the first time since the 1950's despite the club being forced to move away from the Valley and groundshare at Selhurst Park. The midfielder stayed on until '92 when he was snapped up by Newcastle United and went on to win 21 England caps in the mid 90's while being a part of the famous Toon side that nearly won the Premier League
